Feraz - Musical Artist Press Kit
Approved artist bio for immediate release
There’s a certain kind of confidence that comes from admitting you don’t have it all figured out. Feraz makes music from that place. The Los Angeles-born Jordanian-American artist blends R&B, pop, funk, and hip-hop into songs that are soulful, rhythm-driven, and full of personality. Her writing finds the humor in heartbreak, the beauty in starting over, and the tension between wanting more and learning to appreciate where you are. With a voice that can carry both vulnerability and attitude, she creates music that feels like a conversation you weren’t supposed to overhear, but somehow needed to hear.
Currently developing new music, Feraz is also learning the craft behind the sound, from production to mixing and mastering. The process is giving her a new relationship with her songs, allowing her to explore ideas beyond the lyric and melody and take a more active role in how each record comes together. A singer, songwriter, dancer, and actress with a background in music business, she is embracing the freedom of being an independent artist and the challenge of building something that reflects every side of her.
